Connected today to use the replacement for the first time since arrived, video is excellent quality but find out that any of the LED lights turn on. Can't do what was needed.
My initial review was negative but today I have to give a 5 start review to the customer service, I was contacted by the main branch and was offered a full service of my equipment and replacement of any the defective parts under warranty.
With in one week got my equipment back and I was able to finish the work that initially failed, all under no cost to me.
